What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is completely free all over the UK – no minimum order, no hidden charges, no exceptions.

How long will delivery take?
We offer next day delivery as standard on all UK orders. Place your order before our cut-off time and we will pick it, pack it and dispatch it the same working day.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking will be uploaded directly to your order. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page.

What if I’m not home when my parcel arrives?
Our delivery company will contact you before your delivery. If you are not available, they will leave your parcel in a safe place and notify you.

My item arrived damaged or is missing – what do I do?
We are sorry to hear this. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will review your complaint and process it promptly – either with a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

What happens after I place my order?
As soon as you place your order, we will pick and dispatch it the same working day. Tracking will be uploaded to your order so you can follow it every step of the way.
